What is the minimum order?
One medal! (applies to stock medals only; there is a 25 piece minimum for custom medals). There is no minimum order charge.
What's the best way to place an order?
We accept orders via e-mail, postal mail, fax, or phone. Phoning us is still the best way: we can answer any questions you may have, confirm your order, and obtain your credit card information. If there are complicated engraving instructions, an e-mail or fax is recommended and appreciated. You can reach us during normal business hours (EST), and on evenings and weekends.
How fast can I get my order?
We can get orders to our customers the next day in an emergency, but we prefer to have a week's lead time, even longer if it's a large order (100+ medals), if there's a lot of engraving, or the customer is several shipping days away.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, and Discover Card. You can also pre-pay or have the order sent COD. Official purchase orders are also accepted. For your security, we recommend that you not include credit card numbers in e-mail messages.
How do you ship and what are your shipping charges?
We ship our packages either UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail. In the case of UPS, shipping charges are based on the weight and size of the package, the value of its contents, the shipping level (Ground, 2nd Day Air, etc.), and the customer's address (UPS charges more for packages delivered to residential addresses, which include home businesses, and for packages delivered to "remote" locations. They also add a fuel surcharge). The shipping charge for the order is calculated by UPS Worldship software after the items are packed for shipment and weighed. We make no profit on shipping.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
Large companies with a high volume of sales, or who sell products with a large profit margin, can absorb the cost of shipping. We are a small specialty company. In order to offer free shipping, we would have to drastically raise the prices of our products.
